Kind Words ❤️ From Our Clients
Terra Kowalyk2024-07-24Mona's cottage is a little oasis away from the bustling city. Even when it rains (we went for a visit when it was raining for four days), she has this beautiful screened-in Muskoka room that's surrounded by windows, and it makes you feel like you're embedded right in nature. It's also perfect for families with kids :)239 St. George Street2024-03-29Had such an amazing stay here! Our family made wonderful memories :) The hosts were lovely and everything was so well appointed and clean - we will definitely be back!MJ Scott2023-11-05Our Famcation at Pine lake view cottage was amazing. The cottage had been renovated and was well organized and nicely decorated. Instructions were easy to find and understand. The beds had luxury linens, and the most wonderful pillows and comforters. The bathrooms were supplied with the towels and plenty of hygiene supplies. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities you would need to cook or barbecue. A nice touch Mona supplied was a great selection of teas and coffees to use. There were several games provided and an activity basket for younger children. As we visited in November we could not take advantage of the kayaks or canoe at dockside. The Muskoka room was the highlight of the cottage. The woodstove provided heat to ward off the fall chill. The glass surrounding the room afforded views of the lake. There were several seat options to choose from, and cozy blankets to wrap around you. The yard had a supply of Muskoka chairs by the dock and fire pit areas so that you can enjoy the outdoors in comfort. If you want a clean and comfortable place to unwind and enjoy nature with all of the amenities of home stay at Pine Lakeview cottage. The booking process was seamless and Brianne was a pleasure to deal with. She provided timely information in a friendly and professional manner anytime we had questions. Our family made many memories over the weekend and we would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.lovejeet bains2023-05-19A perfect cottage for a perfect getaway !! We stayed at Mona’s cottage during the second weekend of June. Checked in to a beautifully and professionally decorated place with all the necessary amenities one can wish for and imagine. To top it up, the luxurious feel was an added bonus. All the accessories including 4 spacious bedrooms, super comfortable beds with top of the line linen, clean bathrooms, a complete & beautiful kitchen with every item of neccesity imaginable, top notch utensils & crockery, the backyard shed with a comfortable and homely sitting area having a firepit, BBQ grill, patio furniture all done in beautiful taste. The lookout from the upper floor to the backyard and the lake was just breathtaking. An actual breath of fresh air !! And the icing on the cake was the newly made pier with brand new bright contrast red lazy chairs. The only sound one could hear was the wild life. And gazing the stars in the darkness of the night was out of this world. In addition, there is everything at the cottage one can think of, to entertain the kids. The area is extremely safe and peaceful for long walks and bike rides. Brianna provided all the necessary information required for check in and the rest af the stay. A very courteous and professional correspondence provided by the management prior to checking in. Overall, Mona’s cottage is a perfection in practice. Five big stars to the immaculate place and service. Certainly, a home away from home !! A highly recommended perfect cottage indeed ! 😊Ramneet Gill2023-05-09Very beautiful cottage, 100% recommend. You will never be bored at this cottage, there are so many activities including kayaking, boating and paddle boards + so much more! It is newly renovated and the views are absolutely breathtaking.
Beautiful cottage. The path leading to the cottage in the autum is magnificent with fallen leaves! The front can be a bit confusing (looks smaller than in the photos), but once we walked in, it was a wow! Host was experienced with clear communications. Highly recommend!

Very nice cottage. The enclosed porch was a great space to relax in and enjoy the scenery, particularly when it was raining. Lake was great for swimming and water sports. Everyone had fun with the kayaks/SUPs/canoe/magic carpets. The trampoline was a hit with the kids.

My wife and I took both of our parents up for a weekend get away. It was an infringe cottage with beautiful lake access. We spent most days on the water and our evenings in the sunroom listening to old classic songs next to the fire. Mona was a great host and we would definitely go back.

This cottage is a gem. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Canoe and kayaks were basically brand new! Beautiful views, quiet calm lake. Our favourite room to hang out in was the Muskoka room. Huge modern windows overlooking the lake - pictures simply don't do this place justice!
